We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for implementing full cycle, high-volume recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process for front-line, operational, and administrative roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interviewing and evaluation techniques
- Monitor and maintain accurate pipelines of candidates using an applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain quality standards
- 3-4 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably high-volume recruitment
- Diploma/Degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
