Job Title: Nursing Assistant

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention to detail.
  • Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain patients' rooms and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom patients with dignity and respect.
  • Transport patients between care facilities and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Answer call signals and respond to patients' needs promptly and professionally.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide care until further assistance arrives.
