About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at NET EXPERT QC INC. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities and ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: You will be responsible for hiring and training a team of cleaning staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: You will inspect our sites and facilities to ensure that they are safe and clean, and that our standards are being met.
  • Recommend Additional Services: You will recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Assist Cleaners: You will assist our cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Site Environment: You will be working in a wet/damp, dusty, and dirty environment.
  • Work Setting: You will be working in an office building and a cleaning service company.
  • Tasks: You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including hiring and training staff, supervising and coordinating activities, inspecting sites and facilities, recommending additional services, and assisting cleaners.
  • Supervision: You will be supervising light duty cleaners and working groups.
  • Security and Safety: You will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding conditions.
