We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at NET EXPERT QC INC.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Manual dexterity to handle cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work site environment: Wet/damp, dusty, dirty.
  • Work setting: Office building, cleaning service company.
  • Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, recommend or arrange for additional services required.
