About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the best possible protection of our customers' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions and advising on next steps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs, promote products and services, and propose innovative choices and solutions.
  • Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • A real team player, able to collaborate with colleagues on various projects, but also comfortable working independently.
  • A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others.
  • Must speak French - requires answering calls and providing service to a French-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
  • Customer-driven and eager to develop advisory skills to help customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills and able to juggle between different computers at the same time.
  • Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license.
  • No Canadian work experience required, however, must be eligible to work in Canada.
