Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
    • Load buspans and trays.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
    • Scour pots and pans.
  • Inventory and Stocking
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
    • Package take-out food.
    • Portion and wrap foods.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
      • Will train.

    Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
