Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Seeds-Daycare and OSC LTD.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members.
  • Document Management: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
