Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, both externally and internally, as the primary focus of this role.
  • Collect valuable customer insights through discussions, observations, feedback analysis, and close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Ensure effective alignment between the engineering team and customer specifications, facilitating the creation of solutions that meet mechanical, electrical, safety, functional, cost, and manufacturability criteria across all product lines.
  • Maintain consistency between products and customer specifications by utilizing a thorough understanding of world-class design principles, regulatory standards, industry best practices, and significant market trends.
  • Prioritize customer interactions by assessing inquiries and collaborating closely with the Sales team to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate and uphold the company's core competencies and values, actively seeking opportunities to leverage these strengths for business development.
  • Work collaboratively with the commercial operations team, sales managers, and project managers to strategically plan, prepare, and execute complex sales deals.
  • Effectively align customer needs with proposed standard or customized solutions.
