We are currently in search of a driven individual to take on the role of International Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in New Brunswick.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in comprehensive international recruitment is essential.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including proficiency in conducting meetings with various stakeholders.
  3. Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple candidates while adapting to changing priorities.
  5. A genuine passion for recruitment with a track record of successfully identifying high-caliber talent.
  6. A completed undergraduate degree is required.
  7. Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
  8. Proficiency in French and/or additional languages is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all recruitment processes for owner operators and company drivers.
  2. Ensure that all candidates fulfill the required qualifications and standards.
  3. Monitor key performance indicators for recruitment activities on a weekly basis.
  4. Collaborate with operations to maintain current hiring forecasts.
  5. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing forecasts.
  6. Establish referral networks and candidate pools through various channels.
  7. Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
  8. Conduct industry benchmarking to stay competitive.
