We are seeking a Heavy-Duty Parts and Service Consultant to join our team at Brandt.
This position focuses on the promotion and sales of heavy-duty truck and trailer components, along with delivering exceptional after-sales service to both new and returning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep clients updated on the latest products and services available
- Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
- Enhance parts and service sales performance
- Execute annual territory strategy
- Foster strong relationships with clients and address any concerns to boost customer loyalty
- Collaborate with management to meet budgetary goals and grow the customer base
- Carry out additional assigned tasks as needed
Essential Skills:
- Willingness to travel within the designated area and work flexible hours
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Comprehend specialized transportation machinery and the related industry
- Exhibit strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously, make decisions under pressure, and collaborate effectively with team members
Preferred Experience:
- Prior sales experience in the heavy truck and trailer sector is advantageous
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
