About the Position
Uber Eats is on the lookout for a proactive Strategic Operations Manager to lead initiatives aimed at reviving and enhancing user engagement across our Grocery & Retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop: Establish streamlined, data-informed processes to effectively reach users with promotions and messaging that drive awareness and sustained interaction.
  • Execute Strategy: Oversee all facets of user acquisition and re-engagement strategies, including promotional campaigns, CRM initiatives, and other in-app mechanisms that contribute to our growth.
  • Collaborate: Partner with various teams, including Marketing and Product, to create the necessary tools for achieving growth objectives.
  • Implement: Manage the rollout of weekly promotional and CRM strategies designed to boost user loyalty and re-engagement.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in operations, business management, growth strategy, planning, management consulting, or related fields.
~ Foundational knowledge of SQL.
~ A data-centric approach to decision-making, combined with sound business acumen to assess project outcomes and financial feasibility, rooted in analytical reasoning.
~ A creative mindset that embraces experimentation and is willing to take calculated risks.

Experience in management consulting, marketplace growth operations, or strategic roles within a large organization (1+ years preferred).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience (project-based).

The compensation range for this position is CAD$111,000 to CAD$123,500 annually.
