Role Overview:
As a Reception Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests enjoy a remarkable experience from check-in to check-out.

Oversee the customer service representatives at the front desk;Maintain accurate and current information in OPERA Cloud, ensuring all rates are correctly applied;Address all guest inquiries with professionalism and promptness;Manage the coordination of arrivals, departures, and billing for groups and events;Assist in the recruitment, selection, training, and development of front desk personnel to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction;Carry out administrative responsibilities including payroll, scheduling, and performance assessments in collaboration with the front desk manager;Foster positive relationships among employees;Coordinate health and safety protocols for guests and staff;Notify the security team of any guest safety concerns;Engage in team meetings;Serve as a role model for front desk staff and encourage their professional growth;Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong command of both English and French;Familiarity with Opera cloud software or similar systems;Exceptional computer proficiency;Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting;Currently enrolled in a hospitality and/or tourism degree program.
