We are in search of a skilled individual to manage a variety of tasks, from straightforward activities to intricate plans. This position will involve providing onsite and on-call support to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment, ensuring timely and precise service delivery for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Skill Requirement: Hands & Feet Support for Data Center (Compute, Storage, Backup, Network). This includes physical support for servers, network devices, and storage systems. Responsibilities encompass device rebooting, console connections for remote access, cable/SFP removal and insertion, cable replacements, and racking/stacking.
- Secondary Skill Requirement: Additional technical skills as needed.
- Estimated Efforts: To be determined by the vendor.
- Detailed Project Description: Provision of Hands & Feet Support for Data Center operations, including support for physical servers, network devices, and storage systems. Responsibilities include device rebooting, console connections for remote access, cable/SFP management, and racking/stacking.
- Generate Floor Walk reports detailing incidents and service requests.
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving desktop issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex desktop problems effectively.
- Support for Mac devices is essential.
- Adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in IT field services, ideally within an enterprise-level organization.
- Strong technical proficiency with both hardware and software, encompassing Windows and Mac environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., A+ Hardware certification) or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English and local languages is required.
