Reporting directly to the Sector Manager for sales, the Sales Manager will identify the fundamental factors influencing purchasing decisions and collaborate with partners and associates to ensure that the Rotork message aligns with corporate objectives, overseeing all related operations within the designated territory.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the Oil and Gas sector; candidates with valve automation experience are preferred.
  • An engineering degree or technical diploma is advantageous.
  • Established business relationships with clients in targeted industries.

Attributes of a Successful Candidate:

  • Proven experience in selling engineered industrial products through both direct and indirect channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to demonstrate tact and strong diplomatic skills when interacting with all personnel, clients, and suppliers.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, independence, and self-sufficiency.
