About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Farm Operations Assistant at Mauricio Brittingham, Paulina Garza. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our farm, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to maintain their health and quality.
  • Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry to prevent the spread of disease and ensure the health and well-being of our animals.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market to ensure we meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Write daily progress reports to keep management informed of farm activities and progress.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work in a team and adapt to changing circumstances. The role involves repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, and kneeling, and requires good hand-eye coordination.
