- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry to prevent the spread of disease and ensure animal welfare.
- Examine products for quality and readiness for market to ensure high standards are met.
- Write daily basic progress reports to keep management informed of farm operations.
As a General Farm Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel regularly, and work a standard 35-40 hour week.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Staff accommodation available.
