Job Title: Stucco Plasterer

Elite Home Stucco Ltd. is seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team. As a Stucco Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable surface.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure a strong bond
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
Work Environment:

As a Stucco Plasterer, you will work in various locations, including residential and commercial buildings. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Client focus, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude
Working Conditions:

The work is physically demanding, and you will be required to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
