About This RoleThe Corporate Development Analyst will play a critical role in supporting key business areas, including business development, fundraising, and M&A. This includes conducting data analysis, identifying opportunities, and communicating financial insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals.
- Conduct data analysis to track performance and inform business decisions.
- Oversee and manage M&A activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
- Communicate company financials and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Prior experience at a startup or in a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Enthusiasm for technology and startups.
