About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Specialist to join our team at AllPRO CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Planning: Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for construction projects.
  • Site Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to prepare sites for construction.
  • Construction and Installation: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to ensure safe and secure structures.
  • Finishing Touches: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware to complete construction projects.
  • Project Management: Schedule and coordinate work on sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the trade.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the carpentry trade or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
