About the Role

The Utility Courier is a key member of our delivery team, responsible for picking up and delivering customer packages to meet daily schedules and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily schedules
  • Scan packages and mail as received, delivered, or returned to the depot
  • Resolve problems as they arise, collaborating with Dispatch and customers
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic-DVIR
  • Advise unit managers of any inspection failures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of High School
  • Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Completion of vocational and business courses commonly taught at high school level

This role involves working on the road, with a focus on delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
