Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Assistant II, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our pharmacy. You will assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, processing customer transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately assemble prescriptions and enter patient data into the pharmacy system.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Receive refill requests from patients and record deliveries of medication supplies.
  • Assist pharmacists with compounding medications and assembling pill packs.
  • Maintain accurate drug inventory records and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Schedule clinical services and provide administrative support to the pharmacy team.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Assistant diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
