Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Roman Building Materials LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement measures to optimize work methods and increase productivity.
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Supervise truck drivers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Permanent full-time position with 30-35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
