At Dexian, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Design and develop new Salesforce functionalities and implement improvements to existing applications.
- Build and support configuration tasks, including data cleaning and data import jobs.
- Implement change control from development sandboxes to production and across the development lifecycle.
- Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested, and approved before being deployed.
- Develop Lightning and Visualforce pages, apex classes, triggers, flow, visual workflow, and process builder.
- Maintain high security standards for all data stored in Salesforce.
- Provide technical walk-throughs to various stakeholders, including business stakeholders, QA teams, and UAT teams.
