Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Gould Fasteners Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software.
