Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at ASAP Restoration Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment on our construction site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient workflow
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens to maintain a pleasant working environment
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure independence and self-motivation
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access
Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a permanent position
  • Proficiency in English language
