Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at ASAP Restoration Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Heavy Duty Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment on our construction sites. This includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience an asset
