About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at HAPPY MARKET. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order and receive merchandise in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Inventory Control
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members as needed
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance metrics
    • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail store management role
