Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Food Quality Control: Ensure that food meets quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
