Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Senior Living Care Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident care needs and make recommendations for changes to care plans as needed.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A current nursing license in Prince Edward Island or another Canadian province.
