Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Senior Living Care Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional care to our residents, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident care needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
- Current nursing license in Prince Edward Island or another Canadian province.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
