GardaWorld Cash is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Specialist - Banking to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our banking clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for banking clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage client requests and escalate issues to internal teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor and report on service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client services.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
