Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and other financial responsibilities to ensure the restaurant is operating within budget.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be working in a team environment, and must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
