About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineering Manager to join our Chorus Platform team at ZoomInfo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying complex distributed systems that empower our users to achieve their goals.

About the Team:

Our team is comprised of incredibly smart, talented, and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions. As a Platform Engineering Manager, you will be working closely with our team to define and refine development processes, lead the development of key product features, and provide leadership in iteratively defining and refining development processes as the team grows.

  • Be a trusted partner for senior management to determine the best solutions, help drive alignment, and implement decisions throughout your team.

About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineering Manager who possesses the following qualities:

  • Tenacity, technical brilliance, and the ability to contribute quickly.
  • Takes pride in work through attention to detail.
  • Drive and flexibility to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and enjoy a dynamic environment.
  • Smart, quick learner, proactive, comfortable working with unknowns and dynamically evolving requirements.
  • 2+ years of software engineering management experience using an agile development process.
  • 3+ years of software development experience using Python (preferred) /Java/Scala/NodeJS.
  • Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results.
  • Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation.
