We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Visiting Nurse Program in the Owen Sound area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing services to patients in their homes, clinics, and other community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients, working independently or in collaboration with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
- Provide nursing services in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic, retirement home, or school
- Communicate and liaise with patients, family members, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Perform other clinical duties as required

- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- Strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record, including 2-step TB test
- Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
