Retail Store Manager

Showcase is a dynamic and innovative retailer seeking a seasoned Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail store in Guilford Town Centre. Our stores offer a wide range of emerging trendy products from social media, including health, beauty, home, toys, tech, and novelty food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets
- Create a positive and engaging environment for customers and associates
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales, including social media and community outreach programs
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandised to showcase products effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the Store and District Manager to manage inventory
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in the health, beauty, home, toys, tech, or food industry is a plus
What We Offer:
Salary Range $18-$20 per hour
