About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Repair Specialist to join our team at CANWAY INTERNATIONAL. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and diagnose circuit, component, and equipment faults.
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install electronic equipment and repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.
  • Quality Control: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians and provide customer service.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, including criminal record checks.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in computer systems repair and maintenance.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
