Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to ensure prompt and effective repair.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience in electronics or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand, power or specially designed tools to repair and replace defective parts and components.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
