    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure optimal inventory levels.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client-focused, flexible, dependable, and accurate.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
