  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate reports and analysis.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
