Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at G-R3volution Enterprises. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Client focus and team player
