As a Bilingual Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the Credit Risk adjudication teams for multinational clients, ensuring comprehensive risk evaluations, effective portfolio oversight, data accuracy, and adherence to both internal and regulatory reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessment analyses utilizing risk rating tools to ascertain the suitability of Borrower IG codes and LGD, while escalating issues that require further attention.
  • Ensure timely completion of various internal and regulatory reporting obligations in alignment with bank policies.
  • Effectively communicate credit authorization terms and conditions to stakeholders through the preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and review Scorecard and SDR filings to guarantee requests are processed within established service level agreements.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with Credit units, Credit Process, Design & Training, and other Global Risk Management & Banking teams.
  • Assist the Corporate Credit adjudication teams with additional tasks as needed.
  • Support monitoring of industry connections and country risk exposures as applicable.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual and interim reviews, particularly in data collection efforts.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes within the unit.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and job aids to maintain robust controls that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leading or participating in team initiatives to address procedural inefficiencies.
Required Skills:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and solid analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the bank's credit policies, processes, and risk rating methodologies.
  • Insight into various industries relevant to Corporate Credit.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across different units and with internal partners.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the unit and with external partners.
