Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at JUSTKIDS PRESCHOOL INC. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This includes leading activities, telling stories, teaching songs, and taking children on outings to local points of interest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall development of children
  • Lead activities that encourage creativity, physical activity, and social interaction
  • Assist in keeping records and preparing reports for parents and guardians
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to support children's needs
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
