Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Issue bills to patrons and process payments via cash, credit or debit cards, traveler's cheques, or room charges.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu offerings, including daily specials.
- Offer guidance on menu choices to enhance customer experience.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and seating areas.
- Welcome guests, present menus, make suggestions, and respond to questions about food and drink.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables.
- Take customer orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar personnel.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
