Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Unicorn Security Services Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
