About the Role

Mars Security & Protection Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel as needed.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License.
  • Criminal record check.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
