About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team at JK Capital Management Inc. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data entry team, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Data Entry: Oversee the accurate and timely entry of data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and software, coordinating maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a data entry or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
