Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Join the team at Sunset Grill All Day Breakfast Restaurant as a Restaurant Operations Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure cost control and profitability.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet budget requirements.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting expectations.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Reliability and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Conditions:
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Additional Information:

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
