Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize quotation tools to analyze and modify existing project quotes, ensuring seamless transitions to new product offerings.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including sales, quotations, project execution, and product management, to drive conversion progress and achieve business objectives.
  • Convert existing quotes with legacy products to new product offerings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide regular conversion progress reporting and analysis to stakeholders, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Assist with user requests, ensuring exceptional internal customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Be available during off-hours for new system implementation/upgrade, server, and network maintenance, ensuring business continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our Electrical Products business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic understanding of power distribution systems, a valuable asset in this role.
  • Basic understanding of electrical specifications and single-line diagrams, essential for successful product conversion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or Tableau, preferred for data analysis and visualization.
