Position Overview

The Operations Supervisor at Avalon Translink plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a diverse team while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to staff on their roles and company policies.
  • Compile and present operational reports.
  • Oversee the proper functioning of equipment and machinery.
  • Address workplace challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate team tasks.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Organize maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop work schedules and operational procedures.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced setting with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Manage a large volume of tasks effectively.
