ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, particularly in Water and Sewer sectors.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Expertise in managing claims and additional costs effectively.
  • Strong dedication to team objectives and company goals.
  • Experience in implementing cost-saving measures during project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and train a new team to undertake projects across various municipalities.
  • Oversee project management from inception to completion, including staff and subcontractor coordination.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, project managers, inspectors, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
  • Plan and supervise the maintenance and installation of Water and Sewer systems.
  • Conduct inspections of completed work and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment that motivates the team to achieve project goals.
  • Manage ongoing project discussions and progress tracking.
  • Provide training and mentorship to crew members on best construction practices.
  • Innovate solutions to enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity.
